With a superb, deep pink colour, this Champagne, enriched with Pinot Noir vinified as a red wine, surprises with its fruitiness and roundness. On the nose and on the palate, it reveals subtle aromas of red berries (raspberries and blackcurrants), complemented by hints of citrus (orange). This is an original cuvée, perfect for enjoying as a summer aperitif with friends or throughout a meal with sweet and savoury dishes (such as duck à l’orange). It also pairs well with desserts featuring red berries.
