Terms & Conditions

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern the sale of products by Champagne Leroy-Bertin, located at 19, rue de Reims, 51370 Les Mesneux, France, SIRET: 408 251 759 00010, intra-Community VAT number: FR18408251759, via the website accessible at this domain (hereinafter ‘the Website’). Any order placed on the Site implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The products offered for sale are described with the utmost care. The photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible but do not engage the seller’s liability. Where the products sold are subject to specific regulations (for example, alcoholic beverages, which may not be sold to minors under the age of 18), the buyer declares that they comply with the legal requirements applicable at the time of placing the order.

Prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC). Delivery charges are calculated based on weight and destination, and are shown before payment is confirmed. Champagne Leroy-Bertin reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the price in force at the time the order is confirmed.

The order is confirmed by the sending of a confirmation email. Champagne Leroy-Bertin reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons.

Payment is made online by credit card via the secure Stripe platform. Bank details are encrypted and are never stored on our servers.

Products are delivered to the address provided at the time of ordering. A tracking number is sent by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched. In the event of a damaged parcel, the buyer must lodge a complaint with the carrier and contact us within 48 hours.

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving any reason. Products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition. A refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned products. To exercise this right: contact@id-design.pro

All products are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-4 to L.217-12 of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).

Champagne Leroy-Bertin cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the misuse of the products. Where applicable, the products must be used or consumed in accordance with their intended purpose and in moderation.

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the absence of an amicable settlement, the competent courts shall be those of the registered office of Champagne Leroy-Bertin. In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer may, free of charge, refer the matter to a consumer ombudsman.
