The sweetest of our champagnes, the Demi-Sec is essentially the same wine as the Brut Tradition. A higher addition of liqueur (wine syrup) gives it a smoother balance whilst retaining its freshness. With a beautiful yellow colour and deep golden highlights, this wine displays fine, consistent bubbles. The nose is intense and fruity. On the palate, it is very rounded. This sweet wine is very pleasant, balanced by the harmonious blend of freshness and sweetness. The Demi-Sec cuvée is ideal for accompanying your desserts.
